In order to obtain a manufacture roof warranty, a roofing contractor must be certified to install the roof. Strict guidelines are set by the manufacture to obtain certification. Roofing contractor's need hands-on experience, intense training and specialized knowledge to install these roof's. Not every roof is the same. Each manufacture warranty is different in terms and is specific to their brand where as contractors are required to only install accessories/components associated with that particular brand. We have over thirty years experience installing TPO, EPDM and PVC roof systems in the Massachusetts and Rhode Island area. We offer our ten year workmanship warranty on new and re-roofing projects and just as manufactures are committed to creating a superior product, we are committed to superior installation of their products.
